we would like to inform you that our PayPal account is currently experiencing technical difficulties, which have resulted in the temporary disablement of our PayPal gateway since 10:00 PM PST yesterday. We understand that many of our players rely on PayPal as their primary payment method. However, until the technical issue is resolved, we kindly request that you utilize alternative gateways such as Credit Card, Pre-Paid Cards, or other locally popular payment options. In the event that you are unable to find a suitable gateway on Terminal3/Payment Wall, we recommend checking Xsolla for potential alternatives.
If you have not received the Virtual Currency (Gems, TOC, LTC, etc.) from your recent purchase, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please submit a Support ticket including your Invoice ID (w######## or b#########), as this will enable us to expedite the resolution process and assist you more effectively.
Rest assured, our team is actively collaborating with PayPal Support Staff to address the issue at hand and reinstate PayPal as soon as possible for your convenience.

All pending Paypal transactions are being refunded or the corresponding game cash will be deposited manually by our support team.

the PayPal issue has been resolved:
- PayPal is now available for purchasing UWC now;
- Players can expect their previous transactions that were pending to be refunded within 24 hours from now.
