Note: If a user's name is on a particular list such as insulting more than once, the ban duration would have been increased with each subsequent ban.
If you were banned by EAC you can contact them directly to appeal your ban. However, rest assured that all EACs bans are valid and if in a rare case a false positive occurs we will take action immediately and reverse the ban. We will also remove that players name from the Ban List.

Chat Event
Write the word "Summer!" in the in-game chat and receive a daily chat event box filled with great items!
Hot Time Event
It's going to be hot this month too! Log in every weekend between 2-3pm CEST and 1-2am CEST and receive a Hot Time Event Box. With a little luck you can win a permanent MPX Dino!
Marble Event - Changes
The Marble Event has been changed! You still have to complete missions, but from now on you can choose yourself which maps you want to play! Only the game mode is mandatory! The following rules must also be observed:
- In CQC and BG matches there must be at least 4 players in the room and the match must last at least 5 minutes for the game to be counted for the Marble Event.
-In PvE Maps you can play alone or in a team, the game must last at least 10 minutes.
- Start: If you land on one of these fields, you can choose which mode and which map you want to play (CQC, BG, PvE).
- Boot Camp: You will have to play one game in training mode.
- Jail: If you end up in jail, you must complete at least 5 games before you can roll the dice again.
- Furlough: You have to play a deathmatch in Kamikaze mode (Pistol, Rifle, Sniper) so that you can roll the dice again.
Every time you run through Start, you will receive 5,000 dinars and a Marble Event Ticket (Premium users receive 2 tickets). Collect these tickets and exchange them for great items!
New Chariot Kill Event
New for all PvE fans! Kill Chariots in PvE Survive, Defense and Time Attack and get a Chariot Kill Event Box for 5 kills! You can receive up to 10 boxes a day! In addition to useful items for the PvE mode, you can win the new Crasher character parts from the boxes.
EXP Events and Map Bonus
This month you will continue to receive an EXP bonus on the Waterland / WaterPark Maps and Odyssey Event. In addition, you will receive a 100% EXP bonus on all PvE maps as well as on the BG maps Emblem, Engrene and Siegewar!
Every weekend from Friday to Sunday (CEST) there is a 200% EXP event on all servers!
EXP Events and Map Bonus
5 new achievements (weapons and mode) await you this month! Complete all missions and receive valuable EXP or Mystery Boxes:
- Kill the chariot 500 times
- Kill the chariot 1000 times
- Kill the Crusher 500 times
- Kill the Crusher 1000 times
- Kill 100 enemies with the Throwing Knife

Further System Changes
- The weapons in Weapon Master mode have been updated.
- The weapons in the mileage system have been updated.
- Some spelling mistakes in the game have been corrected.
- The durations for the PvE rewards that you can obtain in Easy/Hard mode have been changed: You will now receive the rewards for completing wave 18 in Easy mode for 7 days, for completing wave 18 in Hard mode you will receive the rewards for 15 days.
