Hello Soldiers,
Our IT team has updated us that the recent login issue faced by our Filipino players seems to be a PLDT issue. We are currently working with our Content Distribution Network (CDN) to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, if you are facing this issue, please leave a comment down below or send us a ticket to let us know what ISP you are on (we want to confirm that only PLDT has this issue). Filipino players who are more comfortable chatting in Tagalog can reach out to our SEA HGMs directly.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this matter.

Hello Soldiers,
We have recently seen an increased amount of tickets regarding weapons that now show a duration in terms of days remaining. Weapons will only start to show a duration remaining once they have under 1,820 days. Please keep in mind that this is still ~5 years that you have left on these weapons.
Unfortunately, we do not have access to the sales data from previous publishers. Therefore, we are unable to extend weapons purchased while the game was under another publisher.

New Achievements
You can attempt to complete the 12 new achievements for Battle Group mode! Complete all missions and receive valuable AP and EXP as a reward!
Chatting Event
Write the words "Happy Thanksgiving!" in the ingame chat and receive a daily chat event box filled with fantastic items!
Turkey Hunt Event
Hunt the turkeys in PvE mode (Survival, Defense) and catch as many as we can! After every 5th kill you will receive a Turkey Hunt Event Box filled with valuable items. You can receive up to 10 boxes per day.
Play Time Coupon Event
All you have to do for this event is play it! After every 30 minutes of playing time you will receive a coupon. You can exchange your coupons for great items on the event page. You can get up to 5 coupons per day!
* Players caught farming coupons will be banned.
EXP Event and Map Bonus
This month you will receive a 100% EXP bonus on all deathmatch maps in CQC and BG! You will also get a 200% EXP bonus from all maps every weekend from Friday to Sunday (CET).
